A petition which asks Niantic to release Pokemon Go in Windows 10

Pokemon Go is the hottest game now. Many people are addicted in it and give up the comfortable indoor environment and go outside for capturing Pokemon. If you have not addicted in it, it does not matter, you still will see many Pokemon Go news on the Internet, so many Pokemon Go information influx into your brain at all times. Since Pokémon Go’s Canadian release on July 17, within its first week of the launch, Pokémon Go became the most downloaded app of all time in the App Store and, on Aug. 1, hit 100 million downloads. within a month, it took the title as most popular game in U.S. history (beating out the Candy Crush Saga, Draw Something and Clash Royale). Why is it so popular? Maybe it’s an augmented reality game.

It blurs the boundaries between virtual space and real space. Pokémon Go Account The game brings people back real world and help people enjoy the interesting things in real world. But the game app are just released on IOS and Android platforms. While the app has been launched only in three countries, users worldwide have managed to install the game and are hooked onto it. While Android and iOS users are indulging in social chatter, Windows Phone users have been deprived of the mayhem. The users have joined hands and initiated a petition on Change.org asking the makers Niantic to make an app for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile users. The petition has managed to attract 41,600 supporters in a short time.

The petition highlights compelling points to persuade Nintendo, Niantic Inc, and The Pokemon Company to bring the game to the Windows platform as well. It states that over 81 million devices have installed Windows 10 since its release in July last year, claiming that it is the most rapidly growing operating system in the world. “The community composed of millions of loyal fans and users of Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile humbly request Pokémon GO creators, Niantic, Inc., The Pokémon Company, and Nintendo Co., Ltd., to release Pokémon GO on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile alongside their Android and iOS counterparts,” the petition reads.

The petition details some of the statistics and figures that should be considered by creators of Pokémon Go. Even though the petition has been around for several months already, there’s still no update if Niantic plans to release the game on Windows 10 phones. As of this writing, the petition has more than 111,000 signatures. Cheap Pokemon Go Account The goal is to get 150,000 supporters. In a statement published in Windows Central, a representative from Niantic says “We have no comment or info to share on Windows at this time. Sorry I can’t be of more help.”

Pokémon Go requires players to walk around their neighborhood with the smartphones to get digital monsters nearby. However, some Windows 10 PC users play the game from the comfort of their own room. Desktop owners can use Fake GPS to fool the game that they are moving around. The Pokemon Go iOS app ran into a bit of a hiccup, when RedOwl analyst Adam Reeve revealed that the game asks for full access to users’ Google accounts, instead of partial access. However, the makers Niantic soon released a statement that they were working on a fix, and will roll it out soon.
